Day 1 – 10/12
Los Angeles/Beijing
The trip begins with a departure from the Los Angeles International Airport for an early morning flight on CA984 by 1:40 AM to Beijing.  Your adventure begins as you fly trans-Pacific aboard a wide cabin jetliner and across the International Dateline.

Day 2 – 10/13
Beijing (Telecom Hotel , 6 Shifangyuan Avenue, Tel: 86-10-63901166)
Arrive in Beijing, the Capital of China at 6:30 AM.  You will be met by your local tour guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel.  Visit Tian An Men Square, the largest square in the world, and the Temple of Heaven, built in 1420 A.D., where the emperors prayed to the heavens for a good harvest.

Day 3 –10/14
Sightseeing includes the Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, home of 24 emperors with a total space of 9,999 rooms, and the Summer Palace, known for much significance such as the Long Corridor with painted gallery, Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill, Seventeen-Arch Bridge and Marble Boat.

Day 4– 10/15
Tour bus excursion to the Great Wall, the 4,000-mile long and 2,000 year old construction is said to be the only man-made structure visible by naked eye from the moon.  Visit to the Ming Tombs, one of 13 Ming Emperors’ Tombs is fully excavated and open for exploration.  Enjoy a Roasted Beijing Duck Dinner

Day 5 – 10/16
Beijing/Shanghai/Suzhou (Yadu Aster Hotel, 156 Sanxiang Road, Tel: 86-512-)
Depart Beijing on a morning Air China flight CA1501 at 8:40 AM arriving in Shanghai at 10:35 AM, then take the tour bus trip to Suzhou.  Afternoon sightseeing includes the centuries old Lingering Garden, Tiger Hill and Hanshan Temple.  Visit to the National Embroidery Institute to see silk embroidery, an important local craft with 1,000 years history.  Enjoy an evening Dinner Show with the traditional Chinese Music.

Day 6 –10/17
Suzhou/Hangzhou (Howard Johnson Hotel, 288 Genshan West Road, Tel: 86-571-86767888) 
In the morning is a tour bus journey to Hangzhou.  Visit the Economic Development Zone, the centuries old Lingyin Temple, with the main feature of the 64.3 foot-high camphor-wood carved Buddha.

Day 7 – 10/18
Hangzhou/Shanghai (Guangdong Hotel , 328 Yixian Road, Tel: 86-21-51171888)
In the morning is a boat cruise on West Lake with a relaxing stopover at jewel-like pagodas and tea houses.  In the afternoon is a tour bus trip to Shanghai.

Day 8 –10/19
Sightseeing includes the Yu Garden, a maze of marvelous pavilions, ponds, rock works and over arching trees.  Visit to the Bund, a famous waterfront park, and to the Pudong economic development zone.

Day 9 –10/20
Shanghai/Los Angeles
You may spend your final hours in China on your own in the morning.  In the afternoon is flight CA1520 at 12:35 PM to Beijing arriving at 2:25 PM, connect to flight CA983 which departs by 8:15 PM for Los Angeles where you will arrive at 4:15 PM on the same day.
